Yes! The calendar is available at HEB and various local retailers across Austin. You can also purchase online through Amazon.

When are leftover calendars discounted?

We don't discount our leftovers. Instead we sell them in bulk or donate them to local organizations.

When do sales end?

We usually stop online sales at the end of February.

How can events/activities be suggested?

Submit your suggestions via our contact form. We accept submissions year-round, with a deadline roughly at the end of August for the following year's calendar.

Are versions made for other cities?

Our Portland edition is currently on hiatus. However, we publish specialized online guides including Christmas-Events-Near-Me.com, Halloween-Events-Near-Me.com, and 4th-of-July-Events-Near-Me.com.

How are charitable recipients selected?

Organizations are evaluated based on mission alignment. Past recipients include Keep Austin Beautiful, Trail Conservancy, HAAM, SIMS Foundation, Girls Rock Camp, Sustainable Food Center, HOPE, and Fusebox Festival. Most donations go toward music and the environment, and 99% of the money goes to official nonprofits.

How can events be listed on the website?

Only events that appear in the printed calendar are listed on our website. For free event submission, we recommend nowplayingaustin.com, do512.com, austinchronicle.com, and austin360.com.

How to submit events for the annual printed calendar?

Year-round submissions are accepted via our contact form. The deadline is roughly end of August for the following year's calendar.

What's the process for order problems?

Please submit your issue via our contact form and we'll resolve it promptly.

Will previous free calendar recipients receive another?

Sadly, probably not. Each year, any leftover calendars go to different organizations.

Is recycled paper used?
